About Me

I describe myself as a disrupter with a purpose. When working with clients, students and colleagues my role is to unlock talent.

I help organisations create and transform their culture to become more inclusive; this means creating the right conditions to allow diversity in all of its forms – cognitive diversity to thrive and lead to better results in terms of financial performance and innovation.

My particular expertise is drawn from a strong academic background in research and teaching, but with a healthy dose of pragmatism in taking knowledge and applying it into the world of work and finding opportunities to create innovative solutions to challenges.

Building a sense of purpose and working in a voluntary capacity creates rich opportunities to explore creative solutions around education and development.

In my world there is no “No”, only solutions that haven’t been discovered… yet!
