About Me

Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is an award winning Forbes author (“Championing Women”, “Succession in Asian Family Firms”) specialising in innovative thinking, change leadership and pluralism.

She is Associate Professor at Henley Business School, University of Reading and co-Founder of Boardwalk Leadership, a transformation consultancy which has completed three policy reports benchmarking gender diversity and leadership across 53 Commonwealth countries for the Cabinet Office. She is Chair of the Aga Khan Education Board and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Shaheena works with public, NGO and private business leaders all over the world including FTSE100, Fortune500 and Magic Circle firms. Recent clients include Cisco, Maersk, Lloyds Banking Group, Heathrow Airport, Vodafone, UBS, EY, Coutts Bank, Save the Children and government departments – Shaheena has helped them to transform their cultures, encourage agile thinking, improve workplace culture and help leaders to get the most out of their teams through better dynamics.
